Doug just completed the refinishing of our two bathroom vanities and did an exceptional job !! It was by no means an easy job to complete, but he over came all of the challenges with a great sense of professionalism and skill.

In view of this, I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of kitchen or bathroom cabinet installation or repair : )

This is a long overdue review for the wonderful work and support Doug you provided us in our kitchen reno this spring.

From the first visit to the last, and every step in between, you ensured we were comfortable with the decisions we made. Aside from you professional opinion, you also provided emotional support when the reno was not necessarily going as planned.

The results are WOW! Our cabinetry is beautiful, the look is exactly what we envisioned. Your attention to detail and obvious pride you take in your work is commendable.

We appreciated all your suggestions and rescues when other contractors were not as reliable. Your humour saved the day on more than one occasion.

We highly recommend your work to our friends, and would be more than happy to provide a reference.

We would like to thank you for the key role you played in transforming our dated 1970s era kitchen into a modern welcoming space that is now the centre of our home. You helped turn our vision into reality.

When we contacted you in the spring of 2016 we were looking for an experienced cabinet maker with whom we could work to update our kitchen. Being an old house there were numerous challenges. I don’t think there was one wall that was plumb or a corner that was square. Old house syndrome we called it.

You met with us many times during the planning phase of the project, freely giving us the benefit of your experience. We immediately liked your approach and your ideas.

The results speak for themselves. The pride you take in your work is evident. The quality of your cabinetry is outstanding and the installation was painstakingly done to custom fit the room. We – and everyone who sees it – are blown away with the results.

We are attaching some “before” and “after” photos that show the transformation of the kitchen. Please feel free to use them should you wish. We would be pleased to be a reference for you and your work.

We are very happy and satisfied with our new custom kitchen. We have been considering redoing our Kitchen for some time and discouraged by the ticket price we have to pay to get a functional and quality kitchen. Doug was able to put all together and deliver under time and on budget a beautiful custom kitchen to replace our outdated and tired kitchen, with a new functional, quality kitchen that not only pleased our family, but everyone who has seen our kitchen. (Everyone who has seen our kitchen has commented on the craftsmanship and attention to detail that shows throughout the entire kitchen). It was a pleasure working with Doug on this project and without hesitation recommends his work for family and friends, Doug will be the “go-to” person for my next project.

When we decided to renovate our kitchen we soon realized that we were looking for cabinet refacing and cabinet replacement. We were given the contact for Doug through a kitchen renovation company. We met with Doug and he was attentive to our needs. Doug provided suggestions to our original plans that offered a more updated kitchen
design. He was also very helpful providing contacts for other areas of our renovation. Doug’s pride of workmanship and detail is very evident throughout our kitchen. We are extremely pleased with our kitchen renovation and enjoyed working with Doug.

We are delighted with our new custom cherry wood kitchen. We had a good general idea of the layout and features, but it was a pleasure to have Doug working with us to finalize the design details to get it just right. Doug and his network of suppliers and renovation specialists were able to deliver under time and on budget; the inevitable “little extras” and occasional surprises (due to the original builder’s poor workmanship) were dealt with fairly and professionally. Everyone who has seen our kitchen has commented on the craftsmanship and attention to detail; what they could not see was Doug’s pride in his work – also reflected in the trades he brought onto the project.

Doug recently designed and installed 2 bathroom vanities, and linen tower for us. We are completely satisfied with his work. He had lots of good ideas and was able to greatly improve our initial plan and expectations. Doug is well connected to others in the reno business and provided us with excellent references for other parts of the project. He is conscientious and takes obvious pride in his work.
